Hi, i'm penusbmic and this pack is apart of an series called "The DARK Series" that Patrons can download for free. It's my current ongoing series that is influenced and inspired by my Patrons. I'll be releasing 2 monthly packs (so you'll always get your worth in money) and as we grow i'll begin to release rewards like monthly tutorials, comics, and other standalone packs.
The Heart Hoarder Boss: A quick and deadly boss. Design to quickly move across the screen, vanishing into thin air only to appear above you and slam into the ground.

how can i slice the sprite sheet? because for me in unity the sprite sheet becomes bad quality
In Unity,
Make sure the Texture type is set to "Sprite (2D and UI)
Then, Change the compression to "None"
And, Change the Filter Mode to "Point (No Filter)"
The sprites should be clear now. Remember to do this with all pixel art!
(EDIT: IF that does not work, try moving up the max size of the sprite that should fix your issue. Mine worked at "8192")

Hi! Your work looks awesome, and I was thinking of using some of it for a top down roguelike dungeon crawler, does this (or other characters) come with back sprites for running animations?
hey thank you so much!! And none of the dark series does, but I have seen devs use it for top downs (like 20 mins till dawn style). In the stranded series pack, the hero runs in all directions 😊
This asset looks great, but is a bit troublesome to work with. The main sprite sheet is has some animations that are hard to discern, like row 3. The Aseprite file is missing labels on a few of the animations. Other than that, it is fantastic and affordable!
how did you slice the sprite sheet? because for me in unity the sprite sheet becomes bad quality
I exported each animation individually from Aseprite.
Hello Penusbmic. I love your work a lot and I have bought some of your dark series before. Do you have plan to add more idle animation for the sword master hero? I feel like 1 frame doesn't give the same feeling as if the character swaying or bop up and down a bit. Thanks for your work, appreciate it a lot.
