Update: New HUB, spells, & balance changes

Hey All!

Major overhaul to the selection menu. It's now a HUB! Some brand new powerups and a ton of balance changes :)

• -Lord of the light (pyro mastery) now has a chance to gain an ammo on every hit
• -Improved spikes now gives a 15 spike damage buff and deals fire damage (equivalent to your fire damage)
•  -changed some fire buffs to % and not fixed damage 
• -added a new Mastery spell called Burning Roots, this requires 2 pyro points, and 2 rooted points to unlock. Burning light now has a chance to stun (rooted) 
• -Added a new powerup Stable Focus. Every time you collect an XP orb you have a chance to gain ammo
•  -Added a new powerup Boned Deaths. This unlocks after you take explosive deaths and changes the bullets to Bone Bullets which gives you a chance to summon doggos. It's really fun.
• -Added a new powerup called Backbone. This shoots 3 bone bullets behind you (opposite of your guns direction)
